We ship to Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, and Continental Portugal. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, or Madeira.

↩️ Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an unwanted item. The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Special cases
- Damaged or defective item: Contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We offer a full refund.
- Incomplete item: Notify us within 72 hours of receipt.
- Incorrect item: Notify us within 30 days, we will resolve it at no cost.
- Earrings: We only accept returns if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
⚠️ Our products are handmade and may have slight variations in measurements, color, or finishes. These differences are part of their charm and are not a reason for return.
